ASG Info for New Clients 

ALL SYSTEMS GO is located at 303 5th Avenue, suite #1603, in Midtown Manhattan.

Parking is on the street or in lots and depends greatly on the time of day. Please plan to arrive at least ten minutes before your session begins. 

Troy's regular Protoform treatments are timed to run about 55 minutes, but as at all practices of this kind, they may take longer. Please be generous when scheduling your time before and after your session; you may have to wait 15 minutes for yours to begin, and/or your own treatment may run long. 

What to wear or bring: loose-fitting sweatpants, yoga pants or shorts, a tee shirt, clean cotton socks. Troy asks that you NOT wear jeans or pants with rivets or anything metallic on them, as metal parts on clothing can damage the bodywork table.

Bring a bottle of water if you like.

It is best to not eat a heavy meal before coming in, something light 2-3 hours ahead would be fine.

Cell phone use in the waiting area is highly discouraged, please respect others using the space!

You may want to bring along a small notebook/pen or record what he says on your phone, as it will probably be helpful in the future and/or help you to understand what his treatment plan is for you.
