Troy created The Essentials of Protoform, otherwise known as Protoforms, a customized series of “neuro-stimulations,” muscle isometrics and specialized movements assigned to the client to be performed daily. Protoforms are the personalized regime that is used to reinforce, uphold and enhance the Protoform Intervention (P.I.) sessions and any other form of fitness a client is involved in.

Pilates
The Pilates method develops proper alignment with a focus on core strength to enable the correct position of the pelvis and spine. It's progressive approach from the core outward moves and strengthens all the muscles of the body to support healthy joints, muscle flexibility, circulation, breathing and organ function.
